Privacy Policy
No accounts, no ad trackers. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising cookies.
What we store. (1) A random device ID in your browser's local storage, used to enforce the daily vote limits; (2) a one-way (hashed) version of your IP address, used for abuse caps, never the raw address in our vote database; (3) for purchases: Stripe session/order identifiers, the purchased effect, and the email Stripe collected at checkout, used only for receipts, refunds, fraud prevention, and support.
Payments. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe's own privacy policy governs that processing.
Quotes. Stock data requests may fetch delayed public quotes through our proxy; no personal data is sent to quote providers.
Retention. Vote records are kept while needed for ranking integrity and abuse prevention. Purchase records are kept as required for accounting, tax, and chargeback defense.
Your rights. Depending on your location (including California), you may request access to or deletion of your data. Contact us via the site with your order or device details; we will respond within the time the applicable law requires. Deleting the device ID is as simple as clearing your browser storage, which also resets your vote history.
Children. The site is not directed to children under 13.
