Refund Policy
Non-delivery = full refund. Paid effects are delivered automatically the moment Stripe confirms payment. If your TRASH ZONE effect never appears, email support@hatecap.com with your Stripe receipt and we will re-deliver or refund you in full — your choice.
Started effects. Once a TRASH ZONE effect has begun running as purchased, the purchase is final, except where the law requires otherwise. The random effect drawn (including its rarity) is part of the entertainment product and is not by itself grounds for a refund.
How refunds work. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. A refund automatically removes the paid podium credit and stops the paid effect.
Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us also removes the effect and the podium credit, and may incur processor fees that we cannot waive. Please contact us first — we answer.
